The Tk/Tcl systems is a scripting language for writing windowed applications.

Availability

Tk/Tcl 8.0 is available on all Unix workstations. It should be available on Windows NT soon.

Tk/Tcl uses standard setup scripts. The application name is "tktcl" and this version is "tktcl-8.0p2" (See "helpme setup" for instructions.)

The tclsh and wish commands are available.

If you want to write tk/tcl scripts, the path to tclsh and wish is /opt/tktcl/bin
